Welcome to the Blue Rooms Restaurant

The Blue Rooms is probably Stone's best kept secret, George, Gill and family invite you to join them for a feast in fine British dining at it's very best.

Presiding over the kitchen is Head Chef and founder George Gannon. George has built his reputation with his inimitable style of British Cuisine, enhanced by his insistence in only sourcing and using the freshest local produce.

Our menu is based on classic dishes, choose between garlic mushrooms or Black Pudding, bacon and apple stack for starters, the finest fillet Steak cooked precisely to your taste, a sizzling skillet or one of Georges famous pies for your main course, all finished off with a selection of desserts.

Your dining experience is brought to life by Gill Gannon and her friendly and attentive team. The Blue Rooms atmosphere is relaxed and cosy, sit back and enjoy a drink from the bar, where there is a range of international lagers, beers and wines as well as more local options from Titanic Brewery.

The Blue Rooms will cater to any need, whether it is a special night for just the two of you or a celebration for a group. Sundays are reserved for private parties, whether that is a christening or a special birthday we will endeavour to make your day a memorable one.
